Learning journal#7

This week, my teacher provided us a web site which teachs how to write a letter. And it's interactive teaching that is one sentance by one sentance. Duo to this way, I can know how to write a letter form the begining to the end with the right form.
I think it's really a good way to leran the type of writing a letter for me.

Learning journal#6

Today we need to read other classmates's assignment and to give some comments. The different is teacher wants us to finish the conments in class. Thanks those classmates who gave me suggestions at first, I can get improving on my writing by them. I might point out some my reasons to suport that point which I said.

Today, teacher showed us the corrected first assignment of all students. We usually did the common grammer mistakes,and me either. After this, I know there are some mistakes in my assignment, and I must be carefully with it.

Learning journal#4

Today thacher showed us a CNN media reports. It discussed the adventages and disaventages about home schooling and public schooling. The first time when I sew the vedio, I can only understand 20%. And I understood about 50% after viewing twice. The oral speed is too fast for me. I think I need to do more listening. Maybe watching lots of movie is a good choice for me.

Teacher gave some aticles for us today, which without topic sentance and we need to fill out the topic sentance. Usually we make a topic sentance at the begining when writing a paragraph, but this moment is to write a topic after read the body of a article. I think it facilitates to fill out a correct topic sentance. Maybe to read much more aticles could improve how I decide a topic sentance.

Today I have to comment two assignment of classmates. I chose 余福倉 and 林育生. Since I learned about the important of topic sentance in today's lecture, I suggested both of them should be making the topic sentance related the topic more closely and providing more supports in the article. Because the topic is the main key in whole article, it must specifically at all.

I think the topic sentence is the key of composition because it indicate the main idea. After the topic sentence, supporting with detail are necessary. To analyze reasons needs practince for me. I can't write the reasons sequently at all; therefore more practice is needed.
